what are the answers to this one?
If T is a natural number for atleast one person- implies that the number of people is such that atleast one student has a percentile upto 3 decimal points - This point is the key to answering this question

Number theorists study prime numbers as well as the properties of objects made out of integers (e.g., rational numbers) or defined as generalizations of the integers e.g., algebraic integers.
